Update Apps
Make sure your app is running the latest version
To Update app
- Open Self Service app
- Find the app that is having issue
- Tap ReInstall
- Tap ReInstall
Uninstall and Reinstall app
- Touch and hold app on the Home screen, then tap Edit Home Screen
- The apps begin to jiggle
- Tap
on the app to remove
- Tap Delete
- To exit, swipe up from the bottom edge or press the Home button
- Use Self Service app to reinstall apps
