H Drive is full
When H drive is full, you will not be able to download files to your computer.
Recommended solutions:
Empty Recycle bin
Right-click the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop, and then select Empty Recycle Bin from the context menu.
A warning box will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete files.
Delete unneeded downloads
Open Downloads folder
To remove a single file
Right-Click on unwanted file, select Delete
To remove multiple files
To select a block of files
- Click on first file
- Hold Shift key
- click on last file
- Right-click
- Delete*
To select non-consecutive files
- Click on first file
- Hold Ctrl key
- Click on each file (do not release ctrl key)
- Right-click
- Delete*
*Deleted download files relocate to Recycle Bin, repeat Empty Recycle Bin steps above.
Move files to G Drive/Google Drive

Drag & Drop to G Drive
- Open File Explorer
- Open (H:) drive
- Select files and folders in (H:) drive
- Drag and drop into (G:) drive (this creates a copy in G Drive)
- This method can be used to move desktop files to G Drive
- All of these files are now accessible in your
Google Drive on any device.
Upload to Google Drive
On your computer, you can upload from drive.google.com or your desktop. You can upload files into private or shared folders.
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- At the top left, click New
File Upload.
- Choose the file you want to upload.
Drag files intoGoogle Drive
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- Open or create a folder.
- To upload files and folders, drag them into the Google Drive folder.
